I’ve worked in the superannuation industry for 25 years with a background in business development, account management, stakeholder management and mergers and joint ventures. In my current role I lead the Catholic Super Employer Relations team. The team provides dedicated personal service to our employers to help them navigate their superannuation obligations. Working with our employers to provide educational services to our members is where our team excels, with so many great stories of how our team has assisted members to maximise their superannuation benefits so they can enjoy their well-earned retirement years.

I’ve worked in the superannuation industry for over 25 years in a variety of roles including administration management, member education and employer relations. Currently I manage a team of Relationship Managers who provide support to employers in all facets of superannuation administration to ensure they meet their obligations. The team also provides education to members to empower them to understand and take control of their retirement savings. It’s very satisfying helping our members, particularly when they realise they’ll be financially comfortable for their retirement.

My journey in superannuation began in 1992 and over the years my roles have included administration, relationship management, financial planning and various management roles.  My current role is to manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver services to the employers within the Fund.  This includes providing member education to support them in taking control of their retirement savings and give them the best possibility to maximise their benefits.  I enjoy working with employers to assist them in providing their staff with the tools required to be financially comfortable in retirement.

I’m an experienced Superannuation Specialist with more than 20 years of broad experience within the financial services sector, with the last 10 years being in the profit-to-member industry super sector. I have strong technical knowledge, and enjoy building and maintaining relationships with members, employers, and key stakeholders. I’m particularly interested in demographic trends and what’s going on in markets, and using that knowledge and working with members and employers to help them achieve positive outcomes. What satisfies me most in my work is seeing members achieve their retirement and lifestyle goals.

I’ve been working in the financial services industry since 2006, dedicated to superannuation. I worked from the ground up, starting in a service centre answering general superannuation queries before getting promoted to being a financial adviser. I started providing personal advice on superannuation matters only before expanding my knowledge to strategies and products outside the superannuation space. I’ve been with Catholic Super since 2014 and have cemented some great relationships with members and employers along the way. The intrinsic value I feel when helping a member understand their super, and give them information to give them a comfortable retirement is what keeps me going in this role. The feeling is like no other!

I’ve worked in a number of roles within the Brisbane superannuation and financial services industry for 21 years. My main areas of expertise are employer relations, business development, and client services. I’m passionate about assisting employers to deliver financial literacy and education services for employees. I’m particularly interested in assisting women with their financial freedom and understanding the key aspects of super. I’m very much focused on providing the information and support that employers and their employees  need to feel confident and in control of their journey towards retirement.

I’ve worked in financial services for 35 years now. I started with large life insurance companies before becoming a financial planner, and more recently moved into employer relations and account management for profit-to-member super funds. I enjoy the opportunity the role provides to engage with employers and members, to reduce the complexity of super in a personalised manner, and to maximise the long-term benefits of super when it comes to achieving overall financial peace of mind and moving into retirement and life after working.

I’ve worked in superannuation and financial services for the past 25 years, including 15 years in financial planning and almost 7 years as Relationship Manager with Catholic Super. My greatest joy is helping to demystify super and retirement for both our members and employers.  I feel privileged to be able to provide information that motivates members to take action, whilst also easing financial concerns other members might have.  A little extra knowledge can be a powerful thing! A major focus over my career has been to help women take charge of their financial circumstances and hopefully provide for a more secure future. It’s also deeply gratifying to support our very busy employers meet their ongoing superannuation obligations.

I am passionate about providing members with clarity and confidence when navigating the world of superannuation, and I thoroughly enjoy working with employers and their employees by providing information, education and ongoing support for their superannuation needs.
