At Cash Conversion, our primary focus is to provide avenues of investment which help to convert valuable Bartercard dollars into real cash or equity but also by providing investment strategies that can utilise leverage to increase wealth.The Bartercard network commenced in Australian in 1991 and since this time over 55000 businesses worldwide use this network to buy and sell goods and services adding value to the bottom line. Bartercard dollars in many ways has the same advantages and uses as real cash but there are some limitations. It is not possible to invest in the stock market or cash markets but investment in real estate allows true conversion of barter dollars into cash equity and also allows leverage and the accumulation real cash through compounding capital growth.

5Bringing several Bartercard clients together to form property syndicates which facilitates cash conversion but lessens the cash flow obligations of servicing the cash debt by spreading the repayments over several syndicate members or joint venture parters. This will facilitate Bartercard members with smaller amounts of Barter dollars to enter the property market earlier.
