View your Statements Online
Even if you receive your statement in the mail, you can still access and view all your statements in Member Online. Save paper and the environment and receive your statements sooner - sign up for online statements.
Just 2 simple steps to sign up!
Make sure you’re registered for Member Online. If not, register now.
- Login to Member Online
- Inside Member Online go to the My Profile section where you’ll be able to sign up for online statements.

To access your online statement:
- you will receive an email when your statement has been delivered to your Member Online account.
- your statement is a PDF document stored within the secure Member Online site, so you’ll need Adobe Reader to view it. You can download Acrobat Reader here.
- if you change your email address remember to update it on Member Online with us.
- all past statements will be stored in your Member Online account. Need a statement from years ago? Just log on and access all past statements.
