Objective
To provide a diversified exposure to direct and listed property. More specifically, returns after tax and fees that exceed CPI increases by at least 2% pa over rolling 5 and 7 year periods will be sought.

Includes land and buildings that can be bought, sold or leased. A superannuation fund generally invests by purchasing units in a trust that invests in a variety of properties including office buildings or shopping complexes.
Suitability
Members who are looking for a more moderate risk component of a diversified Build Your Own Option and who have the ability to withstand moderate fluctuations in returns.
