Investment Management Fees are the fees for managing the Fund’s investments.  It includes the fees and expenses for our Investment Managers and the services of the Custodian and Asset Consultant.

These fees are included in the calculation of the unit prices and are not charged directly to your account. 

Some Investment Managers appointed by the Fund have fee scales which incorporate a fee which depends on their performance relative to a specified benchmark.  The performance component cannot be predicted in advance.  As such, the Investment Management Fees can differ from year to year.
