How to rollover your money into Catholic Super

Do it ONLINE

You can join Catholic Super online and rollover your existing super balances at the same time.   Go to Join Online
If you are an existing Catholic Super Member, you can roll-over other super balances online.   Go to Consolidate Now
OR.. If you would like to fill out the forms and make the roll-over of your other super balances yourself, follow the steps below.

Step 1

The first step is to contact your previous fund and notify them that you wish to rollover your benefit. They should send you a Withdrawal Form to be completed.

If rolling over into Catholic Super you will need to supply the following information to your previous fund:

Once you have completed the Form with the information above, return it to your old fund so that they can process your rollover.

Step 3

Upon completion of this process, your old fund may send everything directly to Catholic Super . If your old fund sends everything back to you, then forward:

1. the cheque
2. all the paperwork

to Catholic Super at the postal address shown above.

Important

Please take a photocopy of all documentation received from your old fund.

Step 4

We will complete the process and notify you of the receipt of your roll-over into Catholic Super.
