How to make an enquiry or complaint.

Government Legislation requires superannuation funds to develop internal procedures for the handling of member enquiries or complaints within 90 days. Responses to most enquiries can be dealt with by contacting the Fund Office. If not, you may be asked to put your enquiry in writing.

Refer to the latest Product Disclosure Statement for details of the Fund's formal procedure for members to follow if they have issues to raise.

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint or the Trustee's decision, you may contact the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal. The Tribunal is an independent body set up by the Federal Government to assist members or beneficiaries to resolve certain types of complaints with fund trustees.

If you wish to find out whether the Tribunal can handle your complaint and the type of information you would need to provide, you can contact the Tribunal on 1300 780 808 or view their internet site at www.sct.gov.au.

A summary of the Trustee's Dispute Resolution Procedure can be downloaded from the Forms section of this Website.

Refer to the latest Product Disclosure Statement for more details.
