Compliance

This section summarise the benefits and features of the Fund but does not replace the Trust Deed - the detailed legal document that governs the Fund.

The Trustee is of the opinion that the Fund complies with all conditions for the operation of superannuation funds required by legislation, and that the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) would be satisfied of the Fund's compliance.
