Check my balance

  1. Under the 'Your Account' tab, select 'Balance Enquiry' - You can also select the 'Benefit Quote' but it will go straight to the quote step and not show the break up of your account as detailed in the next few bullet points

  • 2 tabs will be shown - Account Details and Preservation Details.
Your total amount is shown on both tabs and is based on the latest unit price for your chosen investment option(s).

At this step the amount does not take into account any fees, charges and tax that may not have been processed for that month - to get a 'Quote' that will calculate all outstanding fees and charges, select the 'GET QUOTE' at the bottom of the screen or under 'Your Account' select Benefit Quote.

    • Account details shows you the current total amount, broken up into Employer, Salary Sacrifice and Member as well as your balance history for the past financial years.

    • Preservation details shows you the current total amount also, but broken up into Preserved, Restricted Non-Preserved and Unrestricted Non-Preserved.

    • Both are also represented in a graphical format.

  • Under both tabs there is GET QUOTE option
  • This quote will give you a benefit quote if you were to take you super out for any legitimate reason.

Please note: The quote provided is an estimate only and may vary up or down in line with market fluctuations. The quote includes investment returns calculated using current unit prices and the benefit payable will depend on the unit prices applying at the time of payment. The account balance reflects all contributions processed and all fees and charges levied to date. No account has been made for tax that may apply on withdrawal of all or part of this benefit.

I can't register online, I get an error when I enter in my details?

The details you enter to register online must be exactly the same as the records we have for your account. So if we have an error in the details we hold, or we have only part of your name (e.g. J Smith where you use John Smith), or any other difference, you won't be able to register online.

If you can locate past communication on a previous member statement or welcome letter from us, that may have the details you are looking for.

Otherwise please contact us on 1300 550 273 or info@csf.com.au and we can provide you the details or register you

In the transactions I cannot find a specific contribution listed or a lump sum transfer in amount?

If a specific transaction is not listed, there could be a number of reasons why.

  • We may not have received the money.
  • We may have recently received it and it has not been processed and applied to your account - this is usually done within 5 business days of receiving money if all correct documentation accompanies it.

To find out more you'll have to speak to us, please contact us on 1300 550 273 or info@csf.com.au.

I completed an online investment switch but my investment hasn't switched or its not showing in pending switches?

If you did not receive a confirmation email and/or a confirmation message after doing your online investment switch, then this did not go through

If you wish to follow it up further please contact us on 1300 550 273 or info@csf.com.au.
