Four options to apply for insurance…

If you want to increase your insurance cover, or you are self-employed and wish to apply for insurance cover, there are 4 ways to apply:

Option 1
Apply online. Log on to Member Online. Under the section Your Personal Details, select Insurance Details and click on option 1, then Insurance Online will open.

Follow the simple online application process and find out straight away whether your application is successful!


Option 2
Set up a Tele-interview with our Insurer to get an answer over the phone.
Call 1300 655 002 to organise a suitable time for a callback.


Option 3
Speak to a Catholic Financial Services Planner to discuss your needs further. They can assist you with an online application or you can use one of the other options listed here to apply for additional insurance. Call 1300 655 002 or book an appointment online.

Option 4
Download the Application for Insurance Cover form and send it to us via mail.
