About Catholic Super
Catholic Super is a public offer industry superannuation fund established in 1971 to help employees save for
their retirement. It is a complying superannuation fund under the Superannuation
Industry (Supervision) Act.
Who looks after your super?
Trustee Directors
Catholic Super (ABN 50 237 896 957) (AFSL 246664) (RSE L0000307) (RSE R1000597) is governed by a Corporate Trustee, CSF Pty Limited (ABN 30 006 169 286).
Trustee Directors are ultimately responsible for administering the Fund in accordance with the law and the Fund’s Trust Deed. The Trustee Board has ten Directors, with equal representation from employer and member groups. Directors are elected by the respective employers or members of the Fund.
The term of office of each Director is six years. An election is decided on a first-past-the-post basis (that is, the nominee who receives the most votes will be elected).

Committees
The Fund's Trustee has established various committees and groups to specifically handle some aspects of Fund administration such as investments, insurance, risk management and audit requirements. These committees monitor the progress of the Fund, review the performance of external service providers and recommend policy to the Trustee Board.
